More than 500 global manufacturers participated in the China Advanced Hard Materials and Tools International Expo in Zhuzhou

On October 20th, the China Advanced Hard Materials and Tools International Expo opened in Zhuzhou, attracting over 500 well-known manufacturers and brands from around the world to participate. Liu Guangyue, Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhuzhou Municipal People's Congress and Director of the Zhuzhou Advanced Hard Materials Industry Chain, and Wu Lingyun, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Tianyuan District Committee of the Zhuzhou High tech Zone, as well as the First Deputy Director of the Zhuzhou Advanced Hard Materials Industry Chain, attended the event.

The exhibition was held at the International Trade Center for Advanced Hard Materials and Tools Industry in Zhuzhou, China. More than 500 globally renowned manufacturers and brands participated in the exhibition, attracting over 200 application manufacturers and 10000 industry professionals to attend. The exhibition scope includes raw materials, hard alloys, metal ceramics and other superhard materials in the entire hard material industry chain, tools and products, molds, industrial supporting equipment, mechanical equipment, testing equipment and instruments, and industrial services.

The International Expo brings together high-quality forces from both domestic and foreign advanced tungsten carbide materials and tool industries, forming a systematic docking pattern with the global advanced manufacturing industry cluster based on close cooperation between Hunan's advanced manufacturing industry clusters. The exhibition will continue until October 23rd.

The International Trade Center is a global order processing center and international procurement and sales center for China's advanced hard materials and tool industry. It is also a core industry commercial circulation platform for the Changzhutan Advanced Hard Materials Industrial Park. With the holding of the first International Expo, the International Trade Center will achieve international procurement and sales, as well as system support in the fields of research and production of cutting tools, high-end equipment manufacturing, ultra precision machining, and mold manufacturing. After the first and second phases of the project reach full production capacity and the international trading center functions are fully realized, it is expected that the annual transaction volume will reach 10 to 20 billion yuan, with an increase of 300 million US dollars per year in foreign trade.

Zhuzhou is the birthplace of the cemented carbide industry in New China. As early as the National "First Five Year Plan" period in 1954, Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Factory was established. After nearly 70 years of hard work and entrepreneurship, Zhuzhou has developed into the largest cemented carbide production base in China, with 279 cemented carbide enterprises led by Zhujiang Group, accounting for 36% of the total number of enterprises in the same industry in China. Famous brands such as "Diamond", "Hard Stone", and "Ouke Yi" have emerged; Four national technological innovation platforms such as the State Key Laboratory of Cemented Carbides, two material analysis and testing centers and 21 provincial technological innovation platforms have been built. At present, the market share of Zhuzhou's hard alloy products ranks first globally, and the market share of high-end CNC blades ranks first nationwide. The "Capital of Hard Alloys" business card is renowned both domestically and internationally.
